HEALTHY TIPS
  • Wakeup early in the morning and do some exercise on regular basis.

  • Begin your day with a glass of warm water with lemon juice and follow that with a hot drink of cinnamon (dalchini) and cardamom (elaichi). These hot fluids will begin the process of detoxificatiaon.

  • Drink lot of water through out the day or add the juice or crushed mint or tulsi to water for flavour and some herbal powder.

  • If you have problem of sleeplessness then a hot cup of milk before bed time, will relieve the problem.

  • If there is burning in eyes, then apply milk cream over the eyelid in night, then it will relieve the burning.

  • Reading any good book during hte stressful days will make the stress away.

  • Always try to live with your friends and relatives. This will also make you stress free.

  • Enjoy healthy jokes. Smile and laugh will also help.

  • Never take any decision when either you are angry or stressful, because it will always be wrong.

  • Favorite music or films will keep the sadness away from you.

  • For Fitness Level - Follow some underlined rules 

    • Eat as many as five or six mini meals

    • Drink at least 10 glasses of water

    • Eat more sprouts of chana, moong, moth as they are rich in antioxidants, phytohormones, enzymes.

    • Have vegetable juices (carrot, tomato, beetroot, ginger) They are rich in vitamins

    • Opt for light dinner

  • Calcium is found all over nature in leafy  vegetables soya products, nuts and seeds and whole grains.

  • It is not important to be positive, but it is important to be real.

  • Any attitude cultivated artificially is bound to be stressful.

  • Take responsibility for your emotions, witness them non judgementally and label them.

  • Express your emotions, share them and release them.

  • To lose weight, it is important to eat healthy food so as not to lose muscle. To fight flabbiness, walk five or six kilometers every day.

  • Don't drink stimulants in the night. Tea & coffee contain strong stimulants without disrupt the natural sleep rhythm.

  • Foods, with complex carbohydrates such as oats & dried fruits are sleep promoters.

  • Drink a glass of plain water after every alcoholic drink to allow the body to detoxify.

  • Avoid drinking on an empty stomach Eat a salad with curd dip alognside.

  • Drink vegetable juices like carrot, spinach, beetroot, lemon & amla to fortify the liver with vitamin B & C.

  • Include lots of fruits, fresh vegetable juices & sprouts in your diet. This will help improve your liver function.

TIPS FOR Asthmatic Patient
DO's
  • Herbal tea made of Ajwain, Tulsi, Black Pepper & Ginger turmeric is highly beneficial

  • Regular Pranayama or breathing exercises

  • Tulsi and clover are useful

  • Bowel discipline should be maintained

DON'Ts
  • Avoid Banana, Cold Milk, Curd, Ice-cream, Cold drinks & refrigerated food items.

  • Avoid Ghee, Butter, Oily, Spice and cough aggravated diet.

  • Avoid direct exposure to cold air

WHAT LOWERS IMMUNITY
  • Diabetes - High Sugar levels stop the development of immune cells

  • Steroids - Prolonged intake lowers immunity considerably.

  • Non-nutritional or junk food.

  • Cancer cells or cancer treatment drugs are immuno suppressive.

  • Chronic diseases and their treatment, and also stress.

WHAT BUILDS IMMUNITY
  • Exercise regularly

  • Eat a high protein diet

  • don't over - protect yourself from the natural environment. Being too careful is not a good way to build up resistance.

  • Sleep at least six to eight hours at night.

  • Eat plenty of fruits & green leafy vegetables.
